Thanks to generous community donations and a 2018 Alpine School District bond, the Performance Weight Room was built at Mountain View High School. It is a 4,000 square foot advanced training facility designed to accommodate more than 100 student athletes. The layout is open-concept for improved visual sight lines and an inclusive feel. Ecore Monster flooring was installed so weight-lifting platforms could be inlaid to prevent tripping and cushion athletes as they move. With Mountain View as an official Hammer Strength location, all equipment is professional quality and will serve students for many years to come.
